Copper Canyon (5 days)
DAY 1 - Your first destination will be the westernmost point of the railway at Los Mochis.On arrival at the airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel by airport taxi. A Welcome Drink will be waiting at the check-in. All the relevant documentation for the trip will also be given out. Overnight.

DAY 2 - After a very early call in the morning you will be transferred to the railway station to begin your adventure. You will be given a box lunch for the journey. You will board the special carriage with wide-vista windows to pull out of Los Mochis station and head across the coastal plain towards the mountains. After this marvellous journey through tunnels and over bridges high above canyons your first destination will be Divisadero where the Copper Canyon is. The canyon is in fact a series of canyons and in total size is bigger than the Grand Canyon. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon will be for exploring the area and for looking at the awesome canyon. You will return to the hotel in time for your welcome cocktail before going into dinner. Overnight.

DAY 3 - After breakfast there will be free time for you to explore the canyon again at your leisure. You will take an early lunch before returning again to the railway station to continue the relatively short journey to the main town of the area - Creel. On arrival at the station you will be met and transferred to your hotel and the afternoon will be for visiting the town and the surrounding areas. Overnight.

DAY 4 - Breakfast in the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Creel and surrounding area. After being transferred back to the railway station your journey continues through the mountainous area and back on the plain to bring you to the city of Chihuahua. Arrival will be quite late in the day and you will be met and transferred straight to your hotel. Overnight.

DAY 5 - Breakfast in the hotel. Chihuahua was for some time the home of the famous revolutionary leader - Pancho Villa and you will make a visit to the small museum which is dedicated to him. You will also visit some of the other sites important in the Mexican Revolution. After the city tour transfer direct to the airport for your flight out.
