Climate: Ecuador has very different climates and microclimates.
The Pacific coast has a rainy season between December and May and a dry one from June to November. The Highlands has a rainy, cold climate from November to April and a dry one from May to October. In the Amazon, the climate is rainy and humid between January and September, with temperatures between 23 and 36 degrees centigrade, and it is dry between October and December. The Galapagos has a temperate climate with temperatures ranging between 22 and 32 degrees centigrade.

DAY 1
Transfer Airport – DANN CARTON HOTEL (breakfast include)

DAY 2 OTAVALO AND LAKES ( 1 night/ 2days)
From Quito every day, through the Panamericana North road, you will visit the town of Calderon with its typical " Masapan " handicrafts, quick visit to the town of Cayambe where you will see the Equator Line that divides the World in two hemispheres, continuation to the city of Otavalo to visit its Indian Market full of handiwork of Ecuador. Lunch at Hosteria Puerto Lago and in the afternoon the visit to the town of Cotacachi, where you will find leather goods, Cuicocha Lagoon dinner and lodging in Hosteria Puerto Lago with a beautiful lakes " San Pablo ".

DAY 3
The next day breakfast and visit to the town of San Antonio de Ibarra, where you can find woods goods, Yahuarcocha Lagoon and the town of Peguche in this place you can see how the Indians make their weaving

DAY 4
Departure from Puerto Lago to Hacienda Rumipamba de las Rosas. EXCURSION THE COTOPAXI VOLCANONATIONAL PARK, TO THE NATIVE MARKET.Departure from Hacienda San Agustín del Callo through "Panamericana Sur" highway. After enjoying a beautiful landscape we will arrive at the impressive active volcano "Cotopaxi" (6005m. High). During the visit to the national park, the natural environment of the place, its animals, and plants life may be appreciate. Later we will have a typical lunchDinner and the rest in Hosteria Rumipamba de las Rosas* The ticket to get into the national park is not included.

DAY 5
In the morning visit to the Pujillí market, where the natives of the region display and sell their crafts, is planned. For the afternoon we will be able to visit the scenic waterfalls and the natural thermal water spring. Later we will go back to the hostelry to have dinner for the Luna Runtun

DAY 6 EXCURSION RIOBAMBA (1 Night/2Days)(ticket lodging and food are included)
Departure from Luna Runtun through the volcano avenue where you will be able to see the Ecuadorian Highlands. This is great opportunity to take pictures. The program includes lunch, arrive to Riobamba, and visit to the city, visit to the Religious art Museum, and a visit to the community of Guano (famous for its hand made rugs). Lodging in an Abraspungo, dinner.

DAY 7
The next day breakfast and the excursion in the train to the Nariz del Diablo, return to Riobamba take lunch Them departure from Posada de Ingapirca for de dinner and the rest

DAY 8
In the morning visit the Ingapirca. Excursions to the Inca Ruins, located about two hours outside of the country, on the way we will visit the rock carving artisans (once we arrive at the resting area), and make a quick visit to the city of Azogues, Biblian, the Cañar market, an the Site Museum. Later, we will visit the Ingapircan Archeological Complex eat lunch, and departure to Cuenca. Dinner and the rest in the Mansion Alcazar

DAY 9
Departure from Cuenca and its surrounding areas as: Churches, Calderón Square, Turi Hill, handcraft workshop and markets. For the night dinner and the rest in the Mansión Alcazar

DAY 10
For the morning visit Cuenca. visit the small towns of Gulaceo and Chordeleg with lunch. For the afternoon transfer CUE - UIO (ETD 17:45/ETA 18:30) + transfer national airport – Hotel Dann Carton in Quito

DAY 11 CITY TOUR AND VISIT TO THE MIDDLE OF THE WORLD MONUMENT WITH LUNCH
The comprehensive a city tour includes visit to: residential neighborhoods at the northern end of the city, including the main Avenues, the Culture House, the Legislative Palace (where you can appreciate the walls of the rock that are related to the history of Ecuador), and the San Agustin convent. The tour then continues on to the Independence Plaza throughColonial streets where we will be able to admire the Cathedral, the Government’s Palace, and the Arzobispal Palace. Furthermore, we will visit La Compañía church where one can appreciate the adornments and gold altars. Ending our tour, we will visit the San Francisco church, which was built in the XVII century.For the middle day take a lunch at a typical restaurant is included.In the afternoon visit the monument that divides the Northern Hemisphere from the Southern Hemisphere can be toured. It was built during the XVIII century when a French scientific expedition defined the precise location of the equatorial line.
