Day 01: Cusco
On arrival in Cusco, meet and greet at airport, transfer to hotel. Morning free to relax and adjust to the altitude. In the afternoon, a 3 hour city tour of Cusco and the surrounding ruins of Kenko, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay and the Fortress of Sacsyhuaman.
Day 02: Full Day Machu Picchu
After breakfast, morning departures from your hotel for a full day tour to the Lost City of the Incas, “Machu Picchu”. Lunch at the Machu Picchu Hotel. Afternoon transfer to the train station for your return trip to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, transfer to your hotel.
Day 03: Cusco-Puno
Early morning transfer to the train station for a full day train trip on tourist coach car, crossing picturesque high Andean villages to the city of Puno on Lake Titicaca’s shore. On arrival transfer to your hotel.
Day 04: Puno - Lake Titicaca
Morning tour to the Uros Indians Floating Islands (man made). Afternoon, a 3-hour visit to the pre-Inca ruins of Sillustani.
Day 05: Onward destination
Transfer to the airport for your flight back to Lima or continue on to Bolivia.
