The following service conditions apply in general to both Southern Africa and South America |
Currency Fluctuations
Due to currency fluctuations please note that all prices quoted are valid only at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice. Only full payment and issuance of relevant documentation at the time of payment will guarantee prices. We regret any inconvenience, but unfortunately LED TOURS & TRAVEL cannot in any way be held responsible. |
|
Airline Ticket Restrictions
The airlines are clamping down on the names entered on airtickets. Airtickets must now have the full first name & last name inserted. These names are checked against the passport (or ID document) when checking in and when passing through customs. If there is any discrepency the passenger is not allowed to board and new tickets must be issued. Any name changes to airline tickets are now being charged. These charges are becoming expensive to us. We need to prevent name changes to airtickets. To avoid costly name changes to tickets and to avoid difficulties when clients wish to cancel, or claim they are using a different travel agent, we must now now insist on receiving a booking form completed and signed by the client before we will issue an airticket or book accommodation. |
